Our Story
North Kent Property Management was founded in October 2020 by Hannah Barton during the COVID pandemic. This marked a career change into block management. Hannah Barton was a leaseholder in a poorly managed block of flats and experienced the impact that bad management has on the life of individuals each day.
After working in the accountancy industry for over twenty years and developing expertise in financial management, block management was a natural progression and use of knowledge. After the first block was taken on, a positive reputation and word of mouth spread about the improvement in block management and so North Kent Property Management has grown organically through delivering high quality services in all the blocks and estates taken on. A team has been built up and continues to go from strength to strength, working exceptionally well together. Skills development continues to be paramount to ensure service delivery is first class.
